A Place To Call Home LLC
We provide services in clients homes or at our Agency Foster Home for Adults (AFHA).
We are a licensed home-like setting providing 24-hour Residential Habilitation and Community Support Services. Our AFHA specializes in care for individuals with traumatic brain injury, stroke, or early-stage dementia, exclusively for Medicaid patients.
In-Home Services
We provide a range of in-home services for all clients, accepting both Medicaid and Private pay. Our services include Homemaker, Personal Care, Companionship, Respite Care, Supervision, Non-Medical Transportation- Driver and Escort.
A Place To Call Home LLC is approved by the North Dakota Department of Human Services as a Qualified Service Provider (QSP).
