We provide services in clients homes or at our Agency Foster Home for Adults (AFHA).
Our licensed Adult Foster Home for Adults (AFHA) offers a warm, home-like setting with 24-hour staffing, providing Residential Habilitation and Community Support Services. Our comfortable facility includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two spacious living areas, and a welcoming kitchen, accommodating up to four residents. Our facility is fully accessible, featuring a stairlift and a platform lift, ensuring ease and safety for all residents, including those with mobility needs. Exclusively for Medicaid patients

In-Home Services We offer flexible, attentive in-home care designed to meet your unique requirements in the comfort and privacy of your own environment. Accepting both Medicaid and Private pay. Our services include Homemaker, Personal Care, Companionship, Respite Care, Supervision, Non-Medical Transportation- Driver and Escort.
